Location was perfect. Views amazing. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and scrupulously clean. The pool area was a short walk away but well maintained and we enjoyed our time there. The local rep Jayne was really friendly and helpful. She came round really promptly when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the safe and sorted it out. Would definitely rebook with this company.

Exceptional - Very professional company and extremely hands on, they are friendly and helpful I've never had any issues of non performance or concern to make any kind of complaint. My wife and I have travelled with them on many occasions and so have our extended family. We have rented a number of apartments as a group and as individuals and cannot thank them enough. Any queries whilst we were away were dealt with professionally and on a timely basis. They are a small team set-up which I like as there is continuity with your booking, they know their stuff and they are always willing to help. They have a local girl who is very helpful she cannot do enough to provide advice and support and the office are always on hand to send someone round if we had any problems. We love los Gigantes and return year on year, we are very happy with the service and would not go anywhere else. In particular we like the fact they have a strong base in the area, they have been in business for years and they offer great advice, we have always felt looked after, an absolute credit.
Ive spent the winter months in Tenerife with this company for the past four years and have stayed in a different apartment each time. I can honestly say that I couldnt be happier with the service Ive received and the quality of the accomodation. What I like about them is that they have a lovely woman who works as their representative over there who is very helpful should problems arise. In total Ive spent 12 months out there and have had to call on her twice, each time she was very helpful and sorted my issues. I would heartily recommend this company and I am looking forward to booking my next trip with them.
Christmas 2018 was the third time I have stayed with this company and as always it was amazing. From start to finish it was so easy to organise and the apartment was just fabulous. Would recommend to everyone. Looking forward to booking my next trip.
