Went to Owls by Moonlight and loved it. We have been on a normal day too and really enjoyed it so wanted to do something different. Staff are so knowledgeable and put the information across in a down to earth and interesting way.
Great place to go and visit. Lots of fantastic Birds of Prey, Owls and Vultures to see and watch be flown during the display.Handlers are very knowledgeable and passionate about the Birds and want to improve people's awareness of the problems they encounter especially the plight of the vulture.Looking forward to going again
Absolutely fantastic! We went for the owl experience and wasn't disappointed. Laura was very knowledgeable and friendly. She certainly knew her owls! Was also great to get up close and personal to other birds of prey. I'd definitely recommend it. We can't wait to go back again in the summer.
Visited for an Owl Experience. Although only small they have a great variety of birds to see. We started with a flying demonstration (which was indoors due to the weather) and then had a one hour owl session. During this I got to hold and fly 5 different owls and Laura was a great source of information on them all. Additional Info: There is plentiful and free parking, and a cafe (with lovely warm fire) and children's playground on site. I would imagine a visit would fill an hour, but if timed to coincide with a flight demonstration would be longer.
Visited for a child's birthday party! Never knew it existed before then. Lovely place an they do a lot of good work looking after the beautiful birds and animals! Superb play area for children of all ages! Highly recommend and would visit again!
