Well presented hotel, smart and clean, the pool and spa area were particularly pleasing. The staff were courteous and pleasant, overall the hotel had a nice feel to it. Signage in and around could be better.
Absolutely Brilliant!!!!! I had the best night's sleep in the fabulous bed and wonderful pillows. Food was great, excellent staff, good parking. Would highly recommend!!!!!!
I love going to this place with my family, the pool is always clean, gym is well maintained and up to date. Good steam room and sauna.It has good parking facilities which is free and good disabled access
Stopped here for my birthday staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The people in the spa were brilliant and everyone was polite and friendly. The food was excellent even my daughter said it was the best pasta she has ever eaten out! I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable especially to the lady on reception who checked us in and helped us with all our requests so sorry I didn't get her name.
It's probably the best place I have stayed in Knutsford. Close to all the main attractions of the area, good food, nice atmosphere and a very good hotel gym (4 ellipticals, 4 treadmills, free weights, weight machine and pool). A great breakfast too - all in all a great stay.
