Stayed over after a wedding. We were put in a disabled room on the second floor, which was accessible by the lift that was a short walk away. The facilities in the room were very nice, a kettle, fridge, safe and TV. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. On the negative side -the bar prices, but at such an establishment you can't really expect much else. A large selection of fruits, yoghurts, pastries, juices and full English to choose from at breakfast. Overall, really enjoyed our stay -would recommend!
Fab time treating my mum. Treatments were really excellent and the grounds are gorgeous. The only disappointment was we went to the cafe for food around 6pm and theyd already stopped serving. We were hungry so had to cut our visit shorter than wed hoped.
I always look forward to my time spent at the resort and its a pleasure to bring friends and family here to enjoy the venue. The staff are welcoming, especially the team at the spa whom I always find courteous and helpful. The facilities at the health club are very relaxing and you are guaranteed to leave feeling revived. Although the gym is small, its functional and is fitted with high quality equipment that cant be faulted. The club lounge offers a great selection of high quality food throughout the day and Ive never had a bad meal.
We had a short spa break here and loved it. The treatments were fabulous and the spa facilities in general are superb. The only downside is that the spa is across the car park - so it's not ideal if you're going to and from the main hotel, especially in cold weather.The hotel was fantastic, with wonderful rooms (we had an amazing suite) and a wide range of breakfast options. We loved our stay and will return.
Having attended the Chester business awards, it was absolutely beautiful and really set the scene. Hard work had been put into place to achieve the outcome. The building itself is lovely, very spacious and easily accessible. Having spoken to those who have stayed for the spa previously they had nothing but good reviews. Will definitely be keen on venturing here again.
