Great gym.
Lovely staff. They helped me get used to the equipment and set goals that suit me. I would recommend this gym.
Lovley staff really friendly, clean and modern, the "sunbeds" are amazing, they have really nice protein shakes " peanut and salted caramel" a favourite , they also offer health vitamins, tea, coffee too, nice relaxed atmosphere.
Top place. Great bunch of lads run it. I spend most lunchtimes in here and its a very welcoming non-judgemental environment. Not like other gyms in Cheshire Ive been to.
Lots of equipments and very clean and tidy place. Could do with more space but if you go at an off peak time, it won't be that bad.
