Ill be honest, we were pretty terrified about leaving the world of renting behind and finally buying our own house but Tim and the team at Irlams could not have helped more. These guys literally held our hand through the process and turned what could have been a stressful transaction into a trouble free easy move. 10/10 Tim, there really is no reason to go elsewhere!!
We decided to leave the centre of Knutsford and move to Lower Peover, living the dream in a semi rural location. We actually pulled out of another property but with the help of Tim and his staff we found where we are now which without their help would never have happened. No-ones fault but our move was a 6 month draw out affair but Tim and the staff were amazingly helpful, patient and when it came to the crunch near the end were the ones who eventually got our move over the line. I would not hesitate and have already recommended Irlams to as many folk as i can.
I hadnt heard positive reviews about this estate agent but given our recent experience I believe them to be dishonest, unprofessional and seriously lacking in their customer service standards. I would strongly recommend against using them.
Helpful and friendly team, giving plenty of support throughout application and letting period. We rent a house with Irlams and I always feel safe and well taken care of. I never hesitate to contact Anthony and he always replies quickly and solves any problem we may have.
