Craig sounded great on the phone, and we agreed a date for a couple of simple jobs at my 88 year old mother-in-law's house. I live 11 miles away so at his request I sent him a text as I was leaving. He didn't turn up, and hasn't answered any texts or phone calls since. I wasted over 3 hours and a 22 mile round trip and haven't had the courtesy of a call from him to explain. He could be a great plumber, but he doesn't seem to be reliable.

Fixed a new kitchen tap. Fast response and excellent standard of work. BUTAt the time I requested a quote for some further work but have never even received the courtesy of a reply. He will not answer his phone to me so now conclude him to be a waste of time.
Simply plumbing were simply excellent. They responded inside 24hrs (working week) to a relatively small job and completed it the same day. Can't ask for more!
