Beyond terrible. Ordered wedding band, was told it would take 4 weeks, and they'd call us. Six weeks later we hear nothing, so go in and it's not there. After many more occurrences like this, with not one communication from them, 5 months later we go in and apparently they got sent the wrong size but sent it back. We finally got a refund. So essentially we gave them a five month loan. Do not even consider buying something here.
Ordered and paid for a ring in full. Told 2-3 week estimated delivery. Contacted them after 2 and 3 weeks. Both times phone rang out on multiple occasions. Only returned call after voicemail left. Advised they would contact the supplier and phone back. Never once received a phone call or update. After 7 weeks and no call I returned to the store. No apology or explanation for delay and still no ring. Requested refund only to be charged again - supposedly in error. Eventually received full refund. Terrible service from beginning to end.
If there were an option to give zero or below then I would be feeling generous. Ordered a wedding in in October. I was told it would be around 8 weeks. No contact was made to keep me updated. Whenever I tried to call they would NEVER pick up the phone. I can only guess that this is to screen the people who are contacting them. I made around 5 calls in total over a time period of about 4 weeks late jan into Feb. After being told week after week that it would arrive on Friday my partner and I resorted into visiting the jewellers one Saturday. We were not greeted by an apology nor an explanation for the hold up but again told it would be the following Friday. The ring finally arrived. My partner collected it and not the slightest bit of empathy was given as to the delay. By far one of the worst customer experiences weve had. Theyre just not interested.
