Really exceptional practice; it can be very daunting as a first time mum, but the care I have received here has always been second to none for both myself and my baby Very helpful reception staff. Extremely knowledgeable and caring GPs. Have always managed to get an appointment promptly. Thank you for your help, could not recommend highly enough!
Doctor told me that I'm not 'trying hard enough' to get better from depression and also brought up my confidential medical records with my sister during her appointment
The doctor I saw here earlier on in the year was fantastic. Really took care of me and checked up to make sure I was ok. Couldnt recommend them more.
Have not yet found a way of securing an appointment with a doctor without hassle. If you need to see them soon - the only appointment is weeks away - if you try to book in advance for some routine matter - they say that they can only book 2 weeks ahead. Reception staff monumentally obstructive and unhelpful. They have all sorts of "rules" about booking an appointment. Its almost like they don't want you to....
The line is always busy!!!!! They hardly ever have free appointments. Really not helpful!! Also the doctors never prescribe you anything they just fob you off! Thats when you actually get to see a doctors, they usually just have someone call you back!!! Looking forward to moving!
