Had cut & colour (full head highlights) with Jenny. Very happy with the result. Colour is excellent (my hair is thick & complicated, not easy to get right first time!); cut likewise. Jenny took the time to really listen as to the colour/cut I wanted, which I've found hairdressers don't always do, and she had the experience/skill to achieve it. The atmosphere in the salon is lovely, relaxed but professional. I get the impression Terence Paul invest in training their staff (on a par with top chains like Toni & Guy) and it shows.
First visit & it will not be my last, lovely atmosphere & really pleased with my cut.
I have been coming to Terence Paul for approximately two years....I have had my hair cut..coloured etc by many of the stylists and every single one of them has done an amazing job..The girls are professional and extremely experienced. Everyone from Rose and Jane on reception to all the trainee and senior stylists make you feel welcome and do a fantastic job...Lucy is my current stylist and is an absolute credit to the company. I've been going to Terence Paul for well over 5 years now, having struggled for years to find a hairdresser and salon that I loved. The staff are all helpful and really well trained, the complimentary snacks and drinks are an added bonus. Sarah at Knutsford is the only person I will let cut and colour my hair!
