Avoid if you seek good service and capable people doing repairs.I went in to Edwards Stephen Electrical over two weeks ago with a problem with a lamp which meant the dimmer no longer worked. When I asked if this could be repaired the kind lady explained it wouldn't be a problem, took my details and I left the lamp with them.Over two weeks have gone by with me having to pop in to get an update, no call even though they had my details and not very helpful as to when it would be ready. I went in again today to see if any progress had been made, unbelievably it was ready, why I wasn't informed I don't know. Worst of all, the dimmer switch which with my basic electrically ability couldn't fix had been taken off and replaced with a switch with the explanation "Once they are gone its gone". If all I wanted was a switch I could have done that myself!In short poor service, ridiculous waiting time for a repair, unable to repair what I required but did work anyway without any call to me.
