Living in Knutsford, I like to shop local - such a mistake in regards to this shop. Sent the wrong product and Tim was completely unhelpful and rude. No customer service whatsoever. Stone direct have rectified the problem - amazing company for a fraction of the knutsford price tag and more importantly fantastic customer service.
