Bought a car from Christopher Jackson and on the second day of ownership the problems started. Fuel rail sensor packed up leaving me stranded on a busy main road, and then the door dead locked it's self and could not be opened. Having two young children this was a massive problem and being unsafe to use as they could not get out. It's cost nearly a thousand pound to fix and two months waiting for parts, Mr Jackson didn't care one bit and said it's not part of the warranty and has not got a pot of money to fix the cars when they go wrong. After a long discussion and me sitting in his showroom while he kept answering the phone whilst I was trying to talk to him he gave me two hounded pounds towards repair which he said was to get me out of his show room. Not a good experience and will not be going there again. Hopefully Mr Jackson has pulled his finger out, as he is getting some good reviews again!!!!!!!!??? Either that or he is paying his friends money to put good reviews, like the two hounded he payed me to "get out off his showroom" oh and a further update gearbox is now playing up, boot started leaking and cost five hounded to get through the mot.Ps Mr Jackson yes I do have a bitter taste In my mouth.

Recently bought two brilliant cars from CJ. During the warrantee period there were a few minor technical issues which could only be realised after using the vehicles for a couple of weeks but they were all resolved without quibble and costs fully covered. Exceptional.
